The "Strategic Initiatives" report seeks to describe the key projects for a company. The content is extracted from the corporate analyst reports (using text mining technology) and tagged with the most appropriate topic to help categorize the content for better presentation. This technique, while quite powerful, will at times result in text that is not meaningful to the reader (such as commentary on the company's stock price) or is tagged incorrectly. There may also be times when odd characters or sentence fragments are presented.
As new company analyst reports are made available, older reports are usually removed. Thus, the Strategic Initiatives report will change over time. It may be worth printing or saving the report if you wish to maintain some key piece of information. A company that is thinly covered by analysts (resulting in few recent reports) may have a Strategic Initiatives report that appears to have dated or limited information.
