Definition: Annual Reports

Annual Reports can be valuable for a variety of applications, including risk analysis, due diligence for professional services, and in sales applications.   Although much of the raw data from an annual report is available elsewhere, it is useful to see how the company has presented itself to the market.   Items such as the president's letter and commentary on company priorities can provide valuable context.  Also, the footnotes to the accounts provide additional detail & context typically not available elsewhere.

The Annual Report will typically contain:
• Directors report
• Auditors report
• Profit and Loss account
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow statement
• Notes to the accounts.

Hint – Up to 10 years archive of the Annual and Interim reports will be available.
Hint - In cases where reports are available in more than one language, we will provide the foreign language versions in addition to the English version.

As well as the Annual Report and the Interim Report, OneSource also make the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report available.  The CSR report is a company’s view on how it impacts its customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, local communities and the environment.

Hint – The Annual, Interim and CSR Reports are opened in a separate window in PDF format.  Using Adobe Acrobat, you can easily perform keyword searches.
